For small group prospects (50 and under), we are offering access to BlueQuote, an efficient self-service tool for initial enrollment, for employers and their employees.
After initial enrollment, established clients should use BluesEnroll. We recommend that you sign up for BluesEnroll below in order to gain access to valuable tools for enrollment management.

Acceptable Enrollment Formats for New Business One Time Files
When submitting new business enrollment files, it’s important to submit them in the required format to populate your data. This ensures an accurate enrollment experience and avoids delays. Please use this template:

Please note that we are unable to manipulate or alter any data that has been submitted (e.g. adding group numbers, PCP info, PSA info, etc.). This is consistent with industry standards and complies with the rules and regulations of Blue Cross Blue Shield Enrollment and Auditing Guidelines.

BluesEnroll
This tool is available to accounts that offer Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts products and don’t submit electronic files. Use it for easy access to employee enrollment, eligibility management, and detailed reporting. Online resources, such as training tools and tips, are also available on the tool.

Electronic Self-Service tool
Accounts who offer Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts products, submit Electronic Enrollment, and have transitioned to our new technology platform will be able to gain access to this new and improved tool. With an updated user interface and improved user experience, this tool is used in tandem with your electronic files.
With Electronic Self-Service tool, you can:
- Perform access-to-care updates
- View and update existing membership (all changes will be required to be added to your electronic files to ensure memberships data is in sync)
- Benefit from the online training and FAQ
